Here is my second edition of Menu Monday! I plan our menu for the week on Sunday morning and do all our shopping in one trip Sunday afternoon. I leave Friday and Saturday open for other options, so I only plan for 4 dinners.
On Wednesday we'll be enjoyin' some Texas BBQ! We will be going to Armadillo Willy's when Keith gets home from work because our nephew's school (also the school where my mom teach and the church where we got married!) is doing a fundraiser for their Outdoor Education trip. A percent of each purchase goes to the kids.

Yes, I did make it! It was good. Keith enjoyed it...twice! I think it was tasty, but not too much more than it would have been if I made a bowl of chocolate ice cream with graham crackers, chocolate fudge and butterfinger.
