Like I said, nutritious and delicious!
Here is what you'll need:
Green SmoothieIngredients
1 cup baby spinach, packed
1 cup frozen mango
1 cup frozen pineapple
1 banana, sliced
1 tablespoon flaxseed
water (as much as needed)
Place all ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth.
You can add as much or as little water as you'd like depending on how thick you like your smoothies.
