Green Smoothie: Nutritious & Delicious

My sister has been really into these smoothies for a few months. Every time I've watched her make one I've wondered if its really good or if it's one of those trendy health foods people just stomach because they're good for you. Kath came over yesterday to hang with Little Mr. Man and I and she gave me the simple directions and I'm telling you these actually taste VERY good! You can't even taste the spinach. 
Like I said, nutritious and delicious! 
Here is what you'll need: 
Green Smoothie
Ingredients
1 cup baby spinach, packed
1 cup frozen mango
1 cup frozen pineapple
1 banana, sliced
1 tablespoon flaxseed
water (as much as needed) 

Place all ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth. 
You can add as much or as little water as you'd like depending on how thick you like your smoothies.
