Meet the Sullivans: Lately

Lately

clockwise from top left

-I bought Keith steaks from Schaub's at Stanford Shopping Center for Father's Day. We BBQ'd them with friends Saturday night. They were fantastic! I'm going to try THIS copycat recipe really soon--I will, of course, let you know how it all goes.

-The scent from this plant reminds me of summers in the neighborhood I grew up in. I love walking past them on our morning walks.

-We bought a giant thing of strawberries this weekend. Don't they look gorgeous? If I had the need for a dessert I would make THIS Pioneer Woman cake again with all those luscious berries.

-Owen is looking giant lately. I swear he seems like he is no longer a baby. He's 5 months this week and I promise to get his five month update up soon.

-Per Keith's request I made Buffalo Chicken Wraps Monday night for dinner.

-My mom watched Owen Friday afternoon so I could run a few errands. I stopped for a quick lunch at The Melt. I had "The Classic" which is sharp cheddar on white bread with tomato basil soup on the side. It was great and I'll definitely go back. They also sell those adorable Sophia champagne cans with the cute little pink straw. It was hard to resist not ordering one!

-I'm kind of obsessed with Skinnygirl Margaritas and I'm curious about the White Peach flavor. Has anyone tried it?

-Owen and I joined our friends at the pool on Saturday while Keith was at the hospital. There was a live band and lots of families. We had the greatest time and Owen was so tuckered out afterward!
