Meet the Sullivans: Lately

Lately

I'm really addicted to getting Shellac. There is something I just love about having my nails look so great for 2 weeks straight and I don't have to worry about them chipping because they are practically bulletproof! Last time I had Tropix, which was an organge-ish pink. This time I went with what I believe is called Gotcha, which reminds me of Barbie.

Keith went camping for a few nights with his brothers and some friends. We missed him a lot and we're so glad he's home! I sent him with a plate of these. Mmmm. Recipe here.

Owen graduated from his Gymboree Music & Play Level 1 class yesterday! They played the graduation march, gave him a diploma--the whole thing. It was so cute! He was so proud, and so was I! Next week he will join the 6-12 month olds in the Music & Play Level 2 class.
Owen's first class at 3 months
Checking out the bubbles--and sitting up all on his own-- at his last level one class!
Receiving his diploma from Teacher Myke (who were adore)!
The J.Crew knock off bib necklace (that's all over everywhere and super popular!) I purchased on eBay (for only $14.99, what a steal) from China came yesterday, and I was so excited that I ripped the package right open. I was showing it to Keith and telling him I had read they were really well made / such a deal / etc....and one of the beads falls out of the bag and onto the floor! A search for pliers ensued.

I'm anxiously and impatiently awaiting the arrival of my Erin Condren Life Planner. My current ECLP is good through December, but I couldn't wait to order my one for next year. I've been checking the site  frequently hoping to see that its shipped. This year I went with Candy Lace in a custom color way. Can't wait to share it once it's here!

I've been really enjoying the August issue if InStyle magazine with Jessica Biel on the cover. It's just brimming with fun + cute stuff. Jade is a popular color in coming months--which I love--, and so are patterned jeans--which I hate. The Fall trends make me just a tiny bit excited for Fall...just a little though.

Happy hump day!

I love so many things about this post! Shellac mani's are THE best! I was in the habit of bi-weekly shellac manicures and it was great! I need to go back to that :) I love the necklace and the Life Planner!! Yay for Life Planners :)
