Meet the Sullivans: Five on Friday

Five on Friday

I can't even believe it's already Friday again! The week surely went by so fast because Keith is home -- and in comparison to last week it has been a breeze. Or maybe we've just been so busy each day that we've barely noticed the week pass us by? Either way I am just happy it's the weekend again!

I'm linking up again this week with Darci of [the good life], April of A. Liz Adventures, Christina of Carolina Charm, and Natasha of Hello! Happiness for 5 on Friday! Here are some things on my mind this Friday:

|1| I gave in and ordered an Erin Condren FUNctional Family system this week!! I tried thinking of ways I could DIY something that would function the same as this, but after thinking about it for a while I decided I really just wanted the EC one-- and that whatever I tried to make myself just wouldn't fill the same desire. I'm so excited for it to arrive! I think it will really keep us on top of our schedule and "everyone" in the loop (i.e. my husband).

|2| I finally had my hair colored and cut this week and I feel like a whole new lady! This time around I tried holding out for as long as I could between visits and lasted 4 months, which is a loooong time for someone with non-naturally blonde hair. It is amazing how good a fresh color and cut can make you feel. My hair was getting so long (for me) and dry at the ends. I've always been a shirt hair kind of girl, and I'm glad to have it a little shorter and healthier. And I loved catching up with my stylist. She is so sweet and real and does a fab job, if I do say so myself.

|3| We bought an Apple TV yesterday for our room! I'm so surprised how small that thing it! We had a lot of fun last night playing around with it after Keith got it all set up. I'm looking forward to being able to watch Netflix upstairs!

|4| My baby turned 1 1/2 yesterday! I can't believe I'm even saying that. We're going to the doctor this morning for his well "baby" (child? toddler?) check-up and I'm praying the shots aren't too bad. After his 1 1/2 blog update I'm going to switch to Toddler Tuesday updates instead. It's just too hard to wait all month to update on what he's up to and I think I forget a lot of stuff.

|5| Our first Citrus Lane box came this week and it was SO much fun opening it to see what's inside and what the theme would be for the month. I'm looking forward to opening up all of the future boxes too! I'll do a little review next week and show you what's inside and what we thought. If you sign up using this link you can get a $10 Citrus Lane credit (and I'll get one too!)!

Happy Friday, friends! Be sure to check out all of the other awesome ladies on the link up -- every week I find a new fun blog to read!
