Five on Friday

I'm linking up again this week with Darci of [the good life], April of A. Liz Adventures, Christina of Carolina Charm, and Natasha of Hello! Happiness for 5 on Friday! I really look forward to Friday morning all week (not just cause it's the weekend!) because I love drinking my coffee and reading as many Five on Friday posts as I can before Owen wakes up!

Here are some things on MY mind this Friday morning:

All three of us have terrible colds right now. Owen and I have been bouncing the same cold back and forth between the two of us for what seems like a month, and poor Keith finally got in on the fun this week. Keith and I can handle a cold, but we feel so bad when Owen is sick. He's such a trooper, but you can just tell when he's not feeling his best. These are some of the things that have been keeping our little guy comfy this week:

sick baby

Nosefrida The Snotsucker Nasal Aspirator - to suck the snot.

Crane Adorable Ultrasonic Cool Mist Humidifier Elephant - to help with his dry throat.

Vicks Babyrub Soothing Ointment - to help with the stuffiness.

Little Remedies Fever Pain Reliever, Natural Mixed Berry - to help him sleep more comfortably and kill the headache I'm sure he has.

Honest Kids USDA Organic Fruit Juices - because sometimes water is boring, especially when you're sick.

Tovolo Rocket Ice Pops - to soothe his sore throat.

Yesterday I made this Crock Pot Creamy Chicken Noodle Soup I saw on Pinterest. It was the perfect comfort food for my little family with all our colds. And I loved that I didn't have to stand over a hot stove to make it! Love the slow cooker!

Our trip to Disneyland is in less than a month and we're gettin' ready! I bought this little contraption to hold Owen's head up in his car seat on the way down and we've booked our reservations at Goofy's Kitchen! Now the count down begins!

The Kid Tested, Mom Approved Link-Up that I'm co-hosting with Julie, Erin, Emily, Vanessa and Erinn starts in just a few weeks! The fun starts on September 3rd, so be sure you're ready!!

Gold polka dots are by far one of my favorite patterns ever and so I had to buy these notebooks from Target in every color available! I pretty much have to buy anything I see that has gold polka dots. It's a problem.

I hope you all have a great weekend! Thanks for stopping by!

Poor thing!!! Gope you guys feel better asap! Colds are not supposed to happen in the summer! Boo! Hooray for Disneyland! I need to schedule a day to take the little presidents! We haven't been since right after Reagan was born! My Target didn't have those notebooks, so I made my own! Love the striped one though!!! Happy weekend! xo!
