So excited to be the Guest Bartender today on Meet the Sullivans for Thirsty Thursdays.
I love Colleen's recipes that she shares, and her family is just precious.
You can usually find me at Kitty and June where I blog about fashion, food, being a parent,
and life out and about in Kansas City.
The drink I'm sharing today is the Blueberry Moscow Mule.
This one is quickly becoming a favorite around my house.
There is something so refreshing about ginger and don't get me started on vanilla vodka .
The recipe that I'm using is adapted from Sugar and Charm.
Cheers!
Ingredients:
ginger beer
vanilla vodka
limes
1 C blueberries
1/4 C water
1 T granulated sugar
How to Make:
Fill a glass with ice. Pour the ginger beer in, leaving room for the vodka and syrup.
Add in 1 shot of vanilla vodka, and the juice of 1 lime.
While doing this, have on the stove the last 3 ingredients.
Boil the ingredients for 5 minutes. Let simmer for another 10. Strain into a container.
Pour some of syrup into the glass.
Mix all together.
Enjoy!

I love me a Moscow Mule!! I am going to need to try this variation - in a copper mug of course!
Yum! Great recipe, but would be even better served in a copper mug. Get one here- http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00EPGZG68
