When most people think of morning cocktails, bloody mary's & mimosas are the only drinks to come to mind. The Ramos Gin Fizz is the most neglected brunch beverage and deserves discovery and attention! Not only is it a wonderful hangover cure, but it tastes just like angle food cake batter! You will be sure to impress any brunch guests with this easy recipe:
The Ramos Gin Fizz
serves 4-6
Ingredients:
1 cup Gin
1 cup club soda
1 cup milk
1/2 can of frozen lemonade
1 egg
ice
*If you like things a little bit sweeter,
I would recommend adding a packet or two of sweetener.
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients into a blender.
I add the ice last, filling until about 2 inches from the top.
2. Blend well.
You do not want any ice chunks, it will throw off the consistency.
3. Serve in any type of glass, although I prefer wine glasses for a brunch.
4. Enjoy!

My grandparents used to make it on Christmas morning when my mom was little. They had 3 girls, so Lord knows Christmas morning present opening was hectic.
