I was so lucky to be matched up with Leah and her Patriotic Parfait recipe! I love that it's pretty, healthy, super simple and fresh! I also love that it's totally customizable -- you can swap out what's included and add you family's favorite in. I kept mine pretty close to what Leah showed in her's, only I used vanilla pudding instead of Cool Whip, but I totally forgot to use pretty sprinkles :(
Here's how it turned out!
Ingredients
raspberries, fresh & washed
blueberries, fresh & washed
strawberry, for garnish (optional)
vanilla pudding
graham crackers, crushed
Directions
1. Layer ingredients how ever you like! Mine went: pudding, graham cracker crumbs, berries. Keep repeating the layers, alternating red and blue berries, until your jar is full!
2. Enjoy!
Don't forget to stop by the other hostess' and participants blogs to see all of the other great recipes! I believe Christina from This Woman Cooks was matched with my rocket pops and I can't wait to hear how they likes them and /or changed them to their liking!

Thanks so much to everyone who participated! I can't wait to see how everyone adapted the recipes the were matched with.
