Keith is back from a four day camping trip and we're getting back into our usual routine around here. When Keith is gone I don't really cook much and we ended up eating out for a few meals with friends and family, so I'm happy to get back into the kitchen and cook the things we all like!
I'm hoping to share a few of these recipes in the next few weeks if I'm able to get some good photos of them. The tri-tip roast is the easiest meal on the menu to prepare, although it is best when it roasts low and slow, so it's not something that can be done last minute either. The other three dinners are go-to's around here that I've probably included in a Menu Monday (<--follow that link to see all of my weekly menus from over the years) post before!

And PS - today is big day for us, because this morning we're going to find
