I've been using most of any free moments I get to pack or prepare us for moving in a couple weeks, so I haven't spent much time blogging, so first before I get down to rehashing the weekend I want to share a little about Owen's Pre-K graduation!
Owen graduated from Pre-K on two weeks ago and I think my face might still be sore from all the smiling. Seriously, his PreK teachers are amazing and they put on the sweetest graduation. I mean, they really don't have to do too much to make all the parents smile from ear to ear.
I just loved watching Owen sing the songs they had been practicing and of course we loved hearing his little end of the year questionnaire. We were a little worried about what his answers might be... would be rat us out about letting him watch the iPad and play Minecraft? But he gave super sweet and honest answers. We're so proud of him!
We absolutely loved Owen's school and we're really going to miss it next year, but we're so excited for him to start Kindergarten.
And I have to mention how proud we are of the Warriors for winning the Finals this year! We're big Warrior fans here in the Sullivan house so Finals season was extra exciting! Go DUBS!

On Saturday we went across the bay to have lunch at Fenton's and to check out the Pottery Barn Warehouse sale to look for a few things. We didn't end up buying anything at the sale, although we did see quite a few of the Benchwright pieces, so if you've been eyeing those it is worth a trip to check them out. They did not have the buffet table I was hoping for- such a bummer.
Lunch was, of course fantastic! My favorite thing to order at a diner has always been a BLT and this one does not disappoint -- look at all of that bacon. I could only finish half, it was huge.
The whole point of visiting Fenton's is to have their ice cream, which they make in small batches right there on-site! Keith, Luke and I shared a banana split and Owen had a scoop of chocolate ice cream.
The temperature rose to 100 degrees on Father's Day, so in the afternoon we went swimming and BBQ'd with family - it was a really nice day! This was Luke's first time really swimming in a pool. He didn't hate it, but he wouldn't show that he liked it much either. He clung to me the entire time and pretty much made that face, the one I call a "Luke face", which is a cross between a glare and a smirk. Owen had a blast swimming and playing games with his Aunt and Uncle and cousin. It's always
Owen has been really into picking out his own clothes lately. I usually pick out his clothes in the morning and then if he needs to change he likes to pick clothes himself. I was pretty surprised Sunday morning when he picked out his entire outfit on his own, from the hat all the way to his shoes! He said he picked it all out because it looked "really super summery". I love that boy! Meanwhile, I brought Luke to the gym in his pajamas.

Last week I made the Egg Roll in a Bowl I've heard so many people talk about, and we all liked it, so it's on the menu again this week.
And here's what's on our dinner menu for this week:
MONDAY - Pesto Turkey Meatballs / Spaghetti Squash / Salad
TUESDAY - Egg Roll in a Bowl / Roast Broccoli
WEDNESDAY - Slow Cooker Pork Tacos with Escabeche
THURSDAY - Pork Burrito Bowls
FRIDAY - Out or Take-out!
What's on our menu for this week? I'm always looking for new, healthy, quick recipes to try! I hope you had a nice weekend!
